P*R*O*M---March 13th 2010!!

This year's prom was my first dance of the year, and it was a blast!! I went with Casey Miller who ended up being prom king, so now i can officially say I went to Prom with the prom king! He asked me by coming to my house and sitting on my front porch and sang the song he wrote me for Valentines day, and half way through the song his friend walked up with this huge poster that said "Will you go to Prom with me, Madi?" I was so excited!! I started counting down the days until prom and it seemed like it was taking forever. Well March 13th finally arrived. For our day date he picked me up around 9:30 and we went to his house and met up with 10 other couples. We were going to go fishing and have a picnic but since it was raining he decided that we would just hang out at his house. Well after being at his house for about an hour Casey and all the guys want to go to the park and have lunch in the pouring rain! So we made lunches and went to the park and played in the rain. It was so much fun!! After the park we went back to his house to play pool, and dance dance revolution. At around 2:00 everyone started heading home so the girls could get ready. He came and picked me up at around 5:15 for dinner and we went to Mitch's house and had some of the best steak you could ever eat. We got to the dance right as it started because they guys didn't want to wait in line for pictures so they made sure we were the first ones there. The dance started at 8:00 and we ended up staying until about 10:30 then everyone decided that they wanted to leave to go watch a movie, plus it was really hot in there. When we got to Casey's house we were only there for about 10 minutes when all of the sudden the power goes out!! Well Casey's curfew was mid-night and it was about 11:30 so we decide that we will just take everyone home. My curfew was 1:00 so we drove around a little bit so I wouldn't be home too early:) All in all in was one of the best nights in my life and all i can say is, Prom is truly a KNIGHT for a PRINCESS!!:)

It's Official!!!!

It's Official. On Thursday September 24th I FINALLY PASSED my permit test for the third time. The first time I missed 20, the second I missed 18, and on the third I only missed 1!!!! I am so excited I can finally drive legally. My mom said she won't let me drive with her until I am more experienced because she said she is scared to death to let me drive...Well pretty soon I will prover her wrong:)

Well tonight was homecoming night and me and Jordyn couldn't go cause unfortunatley we are not old enough yet:( Well since we couldn't go we decided to hang out at my house and have some fun. We were in my room looking at my dresses and Jordyn saw this black one that she wanted me to try on and so I did. When I had it on it made me feel like I was going to homecoming after all...to bad I'm not. We went outside and Jordyn started taking pictures. She is an amazing photographer!!! And in the end we had a really fun time even if we didn't get to go to homecoming after all... Maybe if I'm lucky I will get asked to go next year.
